Registration Fee

The Registration Fee for "Spectroscopy of the Dynamic Sun" conference is £200, however the fee for early registration (i.e. before 2 March, 2012) is £150. Guest fee is £90 (including lunch/dinner and meeting or £55 for dinner onl y).

    Registration fee includes:
  • A welcome reception (plus buffet lunch) on Wedensday noon, 18 April, 2012
  • A conference dinner on Thursday night, 19 April, 2012.
  • Other conference costs such as Tea/coffees, abstract book (online only), wireless services, conference photograph, (maps, agenda etc printed and in folders, badges) and adminitrative costs.

Payments

All attendees should pay the total registration fee in advance to Mrs. Rosalind Medland (MSSL).

  • It is recommended to pay the registration fee by credit card using the Payment Form (a WORD document).

    ➡ Section 2 & 5:  must be completed.
    ➡ The finished form can be faxed or emailed (with scanned form) to Mrs.Rosalind Medland (MSSL).
