S-Band Era Observing#

Since Hinode made the switch to the S-Band antenna, there are a number of considerations to bear in mind. These are described on our Wiki page at SbandObservingInfo.

Searching for and Decoding the contents of an EIS Study#

To look up an EIS observation, or Study, and find out how it's defined (using SolarSoft) you can use EisXstudy

Hinode eclipse season#

Requesting XRT support#

Searching for studies#

There is already a large number of studies out there, already available to use. EIS Data Compression Factors#
