Internet Access
- There is wireless internet in almost all buildings on campus, and would be available for those who want it upon registration.
- eduroam is available for europeans. Need account from UCL for wireless access for non europeans.
- Upon arrival each attendee will be given an individual username and password at reception. Attendees can then use this username to access the web through UCL network connection. (TBC)
Facilities for Speakers
- There is an AV system in the lecture room, which includes a PC, microphone, projector, etc.
- Speakers are encouraged to put their talks on the PC before each session. However, there is still a cable for speakers to connect their own laptops to projector as well.
Poster Instructions
- Maximum size for posters is A0 portrait (841mm wide by 1189mm tall).
- Push pins/Velcro tape will be provided, though we encourage everyone to bring his/her own.
- The location for poster presentation is Gustav Tuck Lecture Theatre in the South Cloisters (TBC), where tea/coffee session is.
Posters may be displayed on Date (TBC).
