EIS Instrument Characteristics
EIS effective area
The response of the optics and the effective areas are also available in SSW in the
"$SSW_EIS/response" directory. All datafiles are text and can be read in using
rd_tfile(file,/nocom,/auto,/conv).
Each data file has a three digit extension - higher numbers are newer, so highest number
of each file is the current one. The current one is updated from the laboratory calibration
that took place in Summer 2004, and is shown here.
